Everyone loves a good deal!

If you are looking at this part of the website, you are probably coming to the end of your current deal and want to see what options you have.

Or, you’re probably thinking “I wonder if we could release some money to………”

Or possibly even both!

The remortgage process:

With the rise in house prices over the last few years, we often get approached to help with common capital raising reasons such as:

Whatever your remortgage needs, please get in touch for a no-obligation chat and consultation. Getting you the very best deal you are entitled to, with the least amount of hassle, is our priority!

PS. if you are an existing client of ours, you will be placed in our “Early Warning Tracking System”. We’ll be in touch 6 months before your deal is due to end to arrange another cuppa and a chat.

Here’s the legal bit…

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. CONSOLIDATING DEBT MAY REDUCE YOUR OUTGOINGS NOW, BUT YOU MAY END UP PAYING MORE OVERALL. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP WITH REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

Our initial mortgage consultation is free. Fulcrum Financial usually charges a fee for mortgage advice. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. Our standard fee generally ranges between £545 to £1,145 dependant on your circumstances and is payable on submission of your Application to the Lender. We reserve the right to revise the fee once a full picture of your financial history and needs has been established.
