Our initial mortgage consultation is free. Fulcrum Financial usually charges a fee for mortgage advice. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. Our standard fee generally ranges between £545 to £1,145 dependant on your circumstances and is payable on submission of your Application to the Lender. We reserve the right to revise the fee once a full picture of your financial history and needs has been established.
